Application for Principle Permission to Open Relief Camp

Imagine, you are Safiuddin, a student of Tejgaon School/College Dhaka, Flood has caused a great damage all around your locality. Now write an application to the Principal of your school/college to open a relief camp in your school/college premises so that you can send relief goods to the flood affected people in your locality.

Dear Sir,

We the students of your school/college, have the honour to state that flood has caused a great damage this year al around the locality. The sufferings of the people beggar description. They are now suffering from want of shelter, food and medicine. So, we can arrange at least a shelter for them in our school/college premises so that we can send relief goods to the flood affected people of the locality.

We, therefore, hope that you will kindly give us permission to open a relief camp on the school/college premises.
